Affiliate Marketing is a simple way of making money on the net by advertising any product that uses this method of marketing. Companies sell their products online by people visiting their website to make their purchase.

An affiliate earns a commission from each sale made by a person they have directed to the site. For example, you may have a link to a company selling teddy bears on you website, if a person clicks on that link and then buys a teddy bear you get a percentage of the purchase price.

Affiliate marketing is a great method of making money for the work from home dad as it does not involve dealing with stock, it is totally time flexible and the income can be significant.

Previously I mentioned that affiliate marketing is simple, and it is, but it is not easy. In theory if you have basic literacy and computer skills you can set up a website with an affiliate link and be making money within 24 hours. The reality is a little different however which is to be expected. Affiliate marketing has a very low start-up cost and if it was easy and did not require specialist skills everyone would be doing it.
